How to Get Here
A journey worth taking — from Padang to paradise.
To reach Alaia, guests first travel to Padang, West Sumatra, the gateway to the Mentawai Islands.
From there, we arrange your transfer to the resort by private speedboat — a scenic 3.5-hour journey across the Mentawai Strait.
A ferry option is also available for guests who prefer a slower pace.
